The Cottage

Mackerel Cottage which sleeps six is one of the oldest cob cottages in Budleigh Salterton and is a 7-8 minute walk to both the beach and high street.

The address is 24 East Budleigh Road, Budleigh Salterton, Devon EX9 6HN and the cottage is situated at the end of a short lane opposite Upper Stoneborough Lane. You can park either on an inset on East Budleigh Road or Upper Stoneborough Lane. As you go through the gate to the cottage you will notice it has its own private garden with outdoor furniture for alfresco dinning and a chiminea for those chilly evenings.

The cottage comprises of a fully equipped bright kitchen, including coffee machine, microwave and washing machine, which goes through to a bright sitting come dinning room with french windows that lead onto the garden. The bathroom is downstairs with both bath and separate shower unit.

Mackerel cottage has three bedrooms, twin room for easy access downstairs and a double and another twin upstairs. The rooms upstairs look out onto the garden.
